1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or discounted items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at nst19898@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
6. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
